A patriotic concert performed by the Placer Pops Chorale in partnership with Auburn Grace Community Church.

Both days include a kid’s zone with inflatables, food vendors, pre-show musical performances, a military tribute and more before the main show and fireworks, which begin around 8 pm.

9th Annual Fireworks & Freedom Concert

6pm at El Dorado Hills Town Center
Join the community for 4th of July fun that includes a kid’s zone, food vendors, live music and a fireworks show.

7:05pm at Raley Field
Celebrate Independence Day Eve with a baseball game and post-game fireworks.

4th of July at Cal Expo

4:30pm at Cal Expo, Miller Lite Racetrack Grandstand
Bring a picnic, listen to live music and enjoy a fabulous fireworks show. Gates open at 4:30 pm; fireworks start at 9:30pm.

Throughout the day in Carmichael

17th Annual Arden Arcade 4th of July Parade
9:30am at Fulton Ave.
Head to this annual parade route, which is about 1.4 miles long, then stay for post-parade activities and food at the park.

Annual 4th of July Family Blast
4pm at El Dorado County Fair
Gates open at 4pm with carnival rides, a hay maze, games, food, live entertainment and more. Fireworks start when it’s dark.
